Joseph Smith-Steward
Mr. Smith-Steward started working at VCS in 2003. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MIS and received his MBA in 1990 from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Smith-Steward has over 24 years experience working in a variety of financial and management positions. Prior to his employment at VCS, Mr. Smith-Steward worked as a financial consultant for small businesses, including private schools. Prior to his work as a consultant, he worked as a Financial Analyst and Director of Finance for the medical and banking industries.
