After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a BS degree in Business Administration, Mrs. Rothery worked as a meeting planner and instructional aide. She then returned to school and received a K-6th grade multiple subjects teaching credential from National University, and an MA in Education from CSUS. Mrs. Rothery began working as a parent volunteer at Victory. In 1999, she began substituting at the elementary level, and four years later became a part-time aide and a creative writing teacher. Although she has previous teaching experience in public schools, this is her third year teaching second grade at Victory. Mrs. Rothery has been married to her husband, Jim, for over 20 years. Mrs. Rothery is excited to be teaching second grade again. She loves being at Victory where she can teach about God and the Bible.
