Before formal acceptance can be given to a student, the following steps must be completed:
Completed application form which includes: a. Student questionnaire b. 100-word theme giving the student's personal testimony and reasons why he/she wants to attend Victory Christian Schools c. Signed Parental Agreement
Two references a. Academic counselor or teacher b. Pastor, youth pastor, or other person who can give a reference on student's spiritual character
Pay a non-refundable application/testing fee a. If Victory Christian Schools accepts the student, a registration fee is required to complete the registration process. b. The registration fee is non-refundable if the parent(s) withdraw(s) the child from the waiting list after testing and acceptance. c. We will not be able to process the student's application without the application/testing fee being attached to the application form.
Take an entrance test: a. Students who have had an achievement test during the current school year could have Victory Christian Schools' testing waived. Test results should be attached to the application form or brought to the interview along with a copy of the most recent report card. b. Students who are below grade level may not be accepted at that grade level. Parents may request acceptance at a lower grade level if the student qualifies.
