This year the VCS Cross Country team boasts one of its best years ever! The girls team is moving on to State competitions as well as Neilson Powless of the boys team. Both Neilson Powless and Nick Palomo received New Sac-Joaquin Section honors. In addition, Neilson set a course record at the Sections Race. Both Neilson Powless and Nick Palomo received All-League honors in the Sub Sections Race with Neilson placing 1st and Nick coming in 3rd.
