Extended Care

EXTENDED CARE
We are pleased to offer a before and after school extended care program. Extended Care is designed to provide a needed service to our parents who need before and/or after school supervision for their children for various reasons, and also to bring consistent and safe supervision of children on campus before 7:50 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. Registration packets can be picked up in the elementary office. The following extended care plans are available:

Flat Fee Extended Care
This service is for those parents who plan on using the care on a daily basis. It requires a $20.00 per child non-refundable registration fee. Parents will be billed once a month.  If a student is enrolled in an after school care monthly plan, there is no additional charge for the before school care.

  • 7:00 – 7:50 AM: $85 per month
  • 3:00 – 4:00 PM: $85 per month
  • 3:00 – 4:30 PM: $120 per month
  • 3:00 – 5:00 PM: $150 per month
  • 3:00 – 5:30 PM: $175 per month
  • 3:00 – 6:00 PM: $200 per month

Registered Drop Off Extended Care
This service is for those parents who need care on a more consistent, but not daily basis. Fees will be $5.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour per child, ($5.00 minimum charge). This service requires a $20 per child non-refundable registration fee. Parents will be billed once a month as needed.

Non-Registered Drop Off Extended Care
This service is for those parents who need care on a more limited basis. Any child not picked up by 3:00 PM will be placed in this program. Fees will be $5.00 per 15 minutes rounded to the nearest 15 minutes, per child ($5.00 minimum charge). Parents will be billed once a month.

Minimum Day Extended Care
This service is offered on minimum days from 11:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All parents interested in having their child attend extended care on a minimum day must pay the registration fee ($20) and sign up three days ahead of the scheduled day. Fees will be $5.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour per child ($5 minimum charge).
