Miss Sharon Buckner received her B.A. from a Christian college in Colorado and completed her teaching credential through CSUS. Even though she has taught second grade and worked in administration, working with impressionable, enthusiastic fourth graders seems to be her favorite role.
In 1992, Miss Buckner took a leave of absence to travel to West Africa where she taught a fifth grade class at a boarding school for missionary children. God used that experience to broaden her boundaries and to strength her faith.
One of Miss Buckner's greatest joys is to see former students continuing in their walk with the Lord. She has had the pleasure of teaching several "second generation" students.
