Scrip is a program where parents purchase negotiable gift certificates and prepaid gift cards through the school that are used just like cash. Our school purchases the Scrip from a Scrip Center at a discounted price, and resells the certificates to families like yours for full face value. The discount – from 3% to 18% or more – is our school’s revenue. You, as the purchaser, receive full face value of the certificate, so you lose nothing in the transaction!
