TUITION SCHEDULE: 

Tuition is based on estimated budget data that is calculated on projected enrollment and operating costs. Any significant changes in those projections may necessitate an appropriate adjustment. A sliding scale is provided for families having more than one child enrolled.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 2019 - 2020
 

  1. Priority registration for all returning students will be until 2/15/19:  Re-registration for returning students will be completed through the TADS system.  All returning families will receive an email from TADS which will include a link for re-registration. A $250 registration fee per child (if paid by 2/15/19) will be due when registration is completed through the TADS.  Registration fees can be paid through TADS and are non-refundable.  Beginning 2/15/19, re-registration fees will increase as follows: 

    • $300/child on February 16, 2019

    • $350/child on March 1, 2019

    • $400/child on April 1, 2019

    • $450/child on May 1, 2019

  2. Prepaid annual tuition through TADS, discounted 2%, will be honored until July 15, 2019. After that date, prepayments will be accepted but without any discount.
  3. A standard ten (10) month billing plan through TADS will begin on August 1, 2019 and conclude on May 1, 2020. (Parents needing a 12-month billing plan must submit a request in writing to the Business Office by 5/15/19 for billing to begin June 1, 2019 and end on May 1, 2020.)

    Monthly statements will be emailed through TADS the first of each month with payment due upon receipt. Tuition payments can be made through TADS with ACH bank debit (free of charge) or credit card (credit card fee applies) either manually or using automatic monthly payments. Payments can also be made direct to the school with check or cash.

Please note: New VCS families enrolling beginning with the 2019-2020 school year must pay through TADS only using bank ACH or credit card and select a date each month for this automatic payment; no manual payments, checks or cash accepted. 

Prompt payment provides the school with the best cash flow for effective operations. Accounts will be considered past due if unpaid after the due date and subject to a late fee of $35. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

  1. Accounts which become 60 days overdue are subject to dismissal. Exceptions will be considered but only after an acceptable payment plan has been worked out through the Business Office.

  2. Final exams will not be given if tuition is not paid in full at that point in time. No student will be permitted to participate in graduation ceremonies until tuition is paid in full.

  3. A withdrawal fee equal to 30% of one month’s tuition will be charged when withdrawal occurs after the first day of school. The Business Office will adjust the tuition balance through the date of withdrawal.

  4. Enrollment after the start of school will be prorated based on the remaining number of school days.
