Donating to Victory Christian School

The Victory Christian Schools Development Department is active throughout the year helping to raise funds to keep tuition costs down and provide a quality Christian education. You can have a part in this ministry.

Here are a few ways you can give to VCS:

2. Estate Planning/Planned Gifts
Our Development office would be glad to provide financial planning expertise regarding this area of giving.

3. Matching Gifts
Check with your employer to see if your company offers a matching gift program.

4. Stock Gifts
To transfer or donate stock, contact the Development Department at (916) 488-5601, ext. 116.

Gifts can be designated to any of the following areas:

• Teacher Development
• Property Acquisition
• Specific Program Area


Victory Christian Schools also has a number of fundraising opportunities throughout the year:

Gold C Books – Carmichael Elementary students in grades K – 6th
Sold the first 2 weeks of school. Cost is $12. Monies raised go to individual class accounts to help pay for field trips and class parties.

Entertainment Books – Seniors – August and September Cost is $40. Twenty percent of the profit will be used for senior activities.
Sold August and September.

Magazine Sales – Jr. High and High School – September and October. You can order new subscriptions or renew your old ones through any junior high or high school student, and Victory benefits!
Sold September and October.

SCRIP – Development Office – Sold year round.
SCRIP is a term that means a form of payment, as in pre-paid gift cards and paper gift certificates. The SCRIP program is an EASY way to earn money for our school without soliciting or spending anything extra! There are over 300 retailers that participate from gas stations to department stores to fast food and “not-so-fast” restaurants. Click here for an order form.

Jog-a-thon/Workday – School-wide – Each April our elementary students participate in a Jog-a-thon, acquiring sponsors to underwrite their run. Jr. High and High School students take part in a workday, as sponsors partner with them in this community service day.
