ABOUT US The Fine Arts Program
The Fine Arts program at Victory Christian School offers students the opportunity to explore, discover, and develop the creative gifts, talents, and abilities God has given them, and to share these gifts with the school and community for His Glory. Students learn to appreciate quality music, art, and other disciplines that honor the Creator (Colossians 3:16-17).
Visual Arts
Visual Arts students are actively engaged in creating and exhibiting art work under the direction of dedicated art teacher, who is fully committed to helping students discover the joy of creative expression.
Drama
The VCS Speech and Drama Department is likewise dedicated to providing students the opportunity to develop and use their skills in regional speech competitions and theatrical productions. Victory Encore Productions has been providing entertainment for the school community since 2001, with such productions as “Anne of Green Gables,” “Cheaper by the Dozen,” and “The Sound of Music.”
The Music Program
Victory Christian’s music program offers Jr. High Band, High School Band, and Choir. Students have the opportunity to perform at the Association of Christian Schools International Musicale, Christmas and Spring concerts, and in the community. Band members have performed at various local and civic events in the area, as well. Through these venues, students learn to use the gifts God has given them for entertainment and to bring glory to His Name.
