NEW REGISTRATION:
1. Students petitioning for enrollment in Victory
Christian Schools must submit an application with a $40 non-refundable
application/testing fee. Upon acceptance, a signed Parental
Agreement and Medical Information and Emergency Release Forms (2 per
student) must be submitted along with a $250 registration/curriculum
fee (per child). PLEASE NOTE: This registration/curriculum
fee is non-refundable should the parents choose not to enroll the
student.
2. All other terms and conditions apply as noted
under Re-Registration.
RE-REGISTRATION
1. All returning students must submit the following
by March 16, 2008: A current signed Parental Agreement; current signed
Medical Information and Emergency Release Forms (two per student -
Office and Field Trip); a current completed and signed Family
Registration Card; and the registration/curriculum fee of $250 (for
each child). (You do have the option this year to pay $150 with
re-registration papers by March 16, and then pay the remaining $100 by
August 1.) This non-refundable fee reserves a space for each
child.
2. Prepaid annual tuition, discounted 2%, will be
honored until July 15, 2008. After that date, prepayments will be
accepted but without any discount.
3. A standard ten (10) month billing plan will begin
on August 1, 2008 and conclude on May 1, 2009. (Parents needing a
12-month billing plan must submit a request in writing to the Business
Office by May 15th for billing to begin June 1, 2008 and end on May 1,
2009.)
Monthly statements will be mailed the first of each month with payment
due upon receipt. Prompt payment provides the school with the
best cash flow for effective operations. Accounts will be
considered past due if unpaid after the 15th and subject to a late fee
of $30 if received after the 25th. The bottom tab of the
statement is to be returned with your payment to assure accurate
application to your account. A $25 fee will be charged for returned
checks.
4. Accounts which become 60 days overdue are subject
to dismissal. Exceptions will be considered but only after an
acceptable payment plan has been worked out through the Business Office.
5. Final exams will not be given if tuition is not
paid in full at that point in time. No student will be permitted
to participate in graduation ceremonies until tuition is paid in full.
6. A withdrawal fee equal to 30% of one month’s
tuition will be charged when withdrawal occurs after the first day of
school. The Business Office will adjust the tuition balance
through the date of withdrawal.
Tuition is based on estimated budget data that is calculated on projected enrollment and operating costs. Any significant changes in those projections may necessitate an appropriate adjustment. A sliding scale is provided for families having more than one child enrolled.

Enrollment after the start of school will be prorated based on the remaining number of school days. Billing will be done on a nine (9) month plan after adjustment for the month of enrollment.
